We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to offer flexibility while keeping bookings fair for everyone.

24 hours or more
Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the class start time and the booking will reopen. One credit returns to your AYLA account.

Less than 24 hours
Cancellations and changes are no longer available within 24 hours of class. The reserved credit is forfeited.

How to make a change
Sign in, open My Bookings and choose Cancel or Reschedule beside an eligible class. You do not need a booking code.

If the studio changes a class
Where AYLA must cancel a class, the booking credit will be returned to the relevant account. Further client communication will follow the studio’s approved policy.
